AMFT & TAA Summer Program

Tahoe Athletic Adventures sponsors a complete summer training program for freestyle skiers. Although many campers are from Alpine Meadows Freestyle, skiers from other teams are welcome to join TAA.

Each week-long session is based at Utah Olympic Park's freestyle splash pool (a.k.a. water ramps) near Park City, Utah. Campers are coached mostly by Clay Beck, with assistance from silver medalist Shannon Bahrke, Sean Hartel, David Wise and Andrew Taylor.

This year's camp fee is $850/week with a 10% discount for additional weeks or family members. In general, camp includes:

Coaching & use of the UOP facility for 6 days
Housing in the Park City area
Local transportation (airport transportation is $30 roundtrip)
Most of your meals
Other activities

The camp is available to skiers age 11 and older. Mature younger skiers may be considered.

** The "on the snow" Mt Hood session is by invite only and subject to change due to weather and snow conditons. Cost is subject to change for that week.

Most camps this year are "Wednesday to Wednesday." The first and last day of each camp (Wednesdays) are "travel days." Session #5 is "Monday to Monday."
